Menus are released on Wednesdays and run for one week.

Umbria & Lazio are located toward the center of Italy with Umbria being fully land locked. The Umbrain town of Norcia is the ancestral home of pork butchers and black truffles, often called ‘black diamonds’. Just outside of Rome in the region of Lazio is ‘The Castelli’, the land of ‘Bacchus’ the god of wine and the vine. Recent years has seen the birth of great wines from Lazio, quality wines such a our featured wine ‘cesanese’. Umbria also shines with the dominant wine being white wines. Umbria is the home of Italy’s best selling wine ‘orvieto’, as well as, the full flavored ‘grechetto’.
All of the wines mentioned and more of these two regions history will be presented by George Schwartz of Vias imports and Executive Chef Adam Laliberte. So please call to reserve you seat on our culinary expedition to central Italy on Friday, September 19, 2008 @ 7:00 p.m.
